Returns Policies

If you are acting as a consumer (i.e. not entering into a transaction for business purposes), and purchasing via mail/telephone/website order, you have a right to cancel your purchase within seven working days of the day after the date of delivery, and to return any unused item for a refund. These rights do not apply to perishable goods, or bespoke/personalised goods. For example, you do not have the right to a refund on items made to your size/colour/logo or any other specification. Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, you must return them to us at your own expense. In the event that goods are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the return delivery charge on receipt of the items. Once items have been returned in an unused condition, with all parts and accessories present, we will supply a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel.

For business transactions, we reserve the right to accept returned items, rectify defective items or issue a credit note/refund at our sole discretion only. A 20% – 50% restocking charge will apply to any returned B2B goods. We will only consider providing refunds, replacements, and so on, when items are returned in original, as-sold condition. If items are not returned in ‘as-sold condition’, Discountstickerprinting.co.uk reserves the right to apply additional charges. B2B customers are liable for the return delivery and insurance fees, and for ensuring the safe delivery to discountstickerprinting.co.uk. B2B customers are liable for the goods until we receive them. If goods are returned later than 14 days from the date we supply them, we will not issue a refund, credit note, or replacement. We do not accept any return of bespoke items, i.e. where the client has supplied artwork, or specified size, colour, or any other attribute.


Shipping Policies

We aim to send your order within 72 hours of you approving a proof. We accept no liability for any delays beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to; couriers delay, postal service delay, stock availability issues and printer malfunctions.

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed notifying you of this. You can check the status of your order in your account area when you are logged in.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

If package is sent internationally the receiver is responsible for import and customs duties.

Shipping costs will depend upon item weight and location of receiver which will be calculated upon ordering. Packages will be sent using DPD, TNT, UPS or equivalent carriers.
